UK Customers will be able to choose from 2 options with our Collect+ returns service. You can either book your return label to print it, attach it to your package and take it to your nearest Collect+ store. Or select the paperless option and simply take the package and the confirmation to your nearest Collect+ store. To find your local Collect+ store, please click here.
USA Customers will be able to use our DHL returns collection service. DHL will collect your return from your address, this service is widely available across the US, except for a small number of outlying areas. If our returns collection service is not available for your address you will be notified when requesting your return and a returns label will be provided and you will need to arrange and pay for your return. Please contact our customer services team if you are affected by this and need assistance with your return.
We also offer returns for the following countries/regions: European Union, Australia, Sweden, Switzerland.
If your country is not listed above please click the link to request your return and ship your order with your local postal service or a courier company of your choice. Ensure you clearly mark your parcel as an E-COMMERCE RETURN. We advise you to get proof of posting for peace of mind. Please enclose your paper returns form in the parcel.
