If you have returned your order and waiting on a refund, provided you sent the goods back to us in accordance with our terms and conditions. Twisted Tailor will aim to refund your returned items within 14 days from the day that we receive the goods at our warehouse.
Dependent on your bank, it may take a further 5 to 7 working days for your bank or card issuer to refund payments to your account.
You will receive an email/text from us to state that your return has been delivered to our warehouse. If you have not received your refund after 14 days from this date, then please reach out to us via the 'Contact Us Form' and we can look into it for you. Please include your order number so that we can come back to you faster.
