In order for us to sort this out for you please reach out to our customer service team via the 'Contact Us Form'. Please include your order number and a picture of the item that you received with the barcode label visible and the packing list, and a clear close-up picture of the fault. 


Please also let us know if you would like us to reship a new item, or return the items for a refund. This will allow us to help you faster.
